Everyone is safe already… Well, not exactly. However, civilians will not be lining the streets of this massive sandbox. Why? Simple, the Batmobile. Rocksteady Studios wanted to make sure the players weren’t creating their own Multiverse version of Batman in which he ruthlessly runs down the good while racing to his next location. Keeping civilians at a safe distance (that distance being no where in sight.) keeps Batman with clean conscience and peace of mind. And it definitely allows those brutal players to play by DC’s set rules. Batman doesn’t kill!
