Earlier this month, Warner Bros. announced that they were cancelling the Batmobile Edition for the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight, with little to no warning, and less than two weeks left to the game’s release. Now, it appears that issues are also going to affect the regular Limited Edition of the game, though in this case, it sounds like this will be more of a delay than an actual cancellation.

Eurogamer is reporting that Amazon is sending readers emails to that effect, explaining that “[their order of the Limited Edition] will be delayed as the manufacturer has advised us that there’s been a packaging quality issue. “We want to ensure that your order reaches you in pristine condition and your item, with the updated packaging, should be with you no later than 14 July, 2015,” the email concludes.

That said, Amazon will still be sending out the actual codes for the game on June 23rd, so you should be able to play the game on launch- it’s just the actual limited edition stuff that will be affected by this, it seems.
