Wondering where reviews are for Gearbox Software’s Battleborn? As a matter of fact, there are a number of reviews in progress due to servers starting at 10 AM PDT, May 2nd. Players located in Asia, Australia and New Zealand can thus begin playing right off the bat but those on the fence will have to wait for critics to properly test the game and its servers for comprehensive reviews.

Gearbox did make another significant announcement though. Along with 25 playable heroes at launch, the developer will be adding five more heroes for free after launch. It also announced that multiplayer modes, maps, community features and balance updates will be free. Its upcoming DLC will effectively bring new cosmetics, taunts and story episodes into the game.

Battleborn will release on May 3rd for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Are you picking it up? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information.
