EA and DICE’s Battlefield 1 sounds better and better each time we hear more about it- it looks like it will be the best multiplayer shooter we have had in years, possibly since the launch of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, almost ten years ago.

Today, we got to see some concept art for the game, which shows us the art style and tone and feel that DICE are going for, and what we see looks absolutely glorious, looking gritty, visceral, and essentially, at the risk of sounding like a broken record, the kind of authentic historic recreation that DICE are known for in the first place.

You can check out the concept art in the gallery below. Battlefield 1 will be launching this October for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. We expect to see more of the game at E3 next week, as well, so we should be learning still more about it then.
