Amazon France has gone ahead and leaked Battlefield 1: Revolution Edition, which will apparently be a sort of Game of the Year edition re-release. Revolution Edition will include the game itself, as well as the Premium Pass, which includes all four expansions for the game, as well as ‘more goodies’, whatever that means.
This release does feel a bit premature, in that only one of the four planned expansions for the game has actually been released yet- They Shall Not Pass. The second one, In The Name Of The Tsar, is due out this September, while the third and fourth ones, Turning Tides and Apocalypse, don’t even have release dates yet.
Battlefield 1 is out now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and the Revolution Edition is also due out for those platforms for full price, apparently on August 22. Presumably, EA might announce this during their Gamescom festivities.
