Battlefield 3 has shipped 15 million units according to EA, but how many of those people who bought the game are still playing it? Answer is, a lot. So let’s break down those numbers, shall we? These numbers are from official EA website so they are as legit as they can get.

Battlelog statistcs shows us that there are a total of 1070533 registered users (via 4news.it), and PC has the most amount of people playing the game with as many as 573,854 registered users.

The PS3 version has 311,939 users and the Xbox 360 version has 184,740 users which suggests that the game is less popular on the Xbox 360. The Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 numbers will probably show something different though.

DICE has been regularly updating the game with a lot of DLCs and the last one called “End Game” will be released in March 2013.
