A site called as, googlezeitgeist, which tracks the most searched terms of the popular search engine, Google, has declared that EA and DICE’s first-person shooter Battlefield 3 was the top 5 fastest rising search terms in the entirety 2011.

What could be the reason for this? Piracy? Desire to know more about the game? Or just the general popularity of the franchise?

This is one of the best multiplayer games to have come out this gen, and DICE should be proud of that. If you are a fan of Battlefield 2 or even Bad Company 1-2, you should know that this is the best Battlefield game yet.
