Bioware has gone ahead and made the ‘tavern songs’ from their latest roleplaying epic, Dragon Age: Inquisition, available for free. The songs will be put on sale starting February 9, but for now, if you want, you can get them for absolutely no charge, and then you get to keep them.

“We’ve received many inquiries from our fans asking where they can get these songs, and we’re thrilled that you’re enjoying them as much as we do,” said BioWare on its blog. “As our way of saying thank you for being the awesome community that you are, we’re excited to announce that for the next two weeks, you can download these songs from a desktop computer free of charge!”

Also, most likely recognizing the popularity of fan generated derivative content, especially covers of game music on YouTube, Bioware has also released the sheet music for all of these songs online- so if you have a fancy for covering some songs from Dragon Age: Inquisition, Bioware just made your job a lot easier.
