BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Extend

Arc Systems’ upcoming BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Extend has just received its first batch of screenshots, and boy do they look very pretty. Of course, Arc Systems’ art style has always shone, including in the just released Guilty Gear Xrd on the PS4, and this new game looks to be no exception.

In addition to the new screenshots (click on the image to see it in its native res), we also got some new information on the game, including two new playable characters (Celica Ayatsuki Mercury and Λ-No.11), new content (including a new story episode and a new stage), which brings the total play time to 40 hours, and balance adjustments from the arcade version as well. In addition to all of this, the game will allow for local multiplayer for up to two players, and online for up to eight.

The game is due out in Japan on April 23rd, 2015. Stay tuned for more coverage.
