Bloodborne is almost here, and while less than three weeks really is not all that long to wait, there are some who are probably so hyped that they will take any and all information about the game right now. So, this is for all of you guys. Are you ready?

It appears that the ESRB rating of Bloodborne (which is M for Mature), has revealed some more information about the game, specifically, about some of the enemy encounters:

“This is an action role-playing game in which players assume the role of a hunter on a quest through an ancient gothic city. Players use cleavers, axes, and pistols to kill monsters and human-like creatures. Battles are accompanied by realistic gunfire, impact sounds, and large blood-splatter effects. Some sequences depict instances of blood and gore: a ghost holding its own severed head; a creature ripping its limbs to attack characters; a partial view of a beheading.”

Of course, none of this should come as a shock to anybody who has played any of the previous Souls games, but still, there you have it.

Bloodborne launches on PS4 exclusively, on Marc 24. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information.
