You want your idea to make it in a game? In this case Borderlands 2? Well this this is your chance courtesy of Gamestop. All you have to do is head over to their Facebook page and submit any clever name for a weapon.

It’s sort of like Ratchet and Clank contest I remember where users actually designed a new weapon too to be included in the game. For Borderlands 2, the name that wins will be featured in a future add-on content pack.

Gamestop is even giving away 100 exclusive Borderlands 2 clothing bundles for Facebook fans which includes a custom Scooter trucker hat and t-shirt.

“Customers that pre-order Borderlands 2 exclusively at GameStop stores nationwide or online here will receive the Creature Slaughter Dome to face off against the toughest monsters in all of Pandora. Pre-order customers will also receive access to the Borderlands 2 Premiere Club, featuring the Gearbox Golden Gun Pack, the Vault Hunter’s Relic, the all-new Mechromancer character class and more. All pre-order bonuses will be provided at time of purchase.”

Borderlands 2 is launching on September 18th, 2012 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Get an extra 30% in-store credit when you trade any items toward a new copy of Borderlands 2.
