Randy Pitchford, president of Gearbox Software, has said that Mechromancer DLC which adds a new class to Borderlands 2 will be available a week earlier from its October 16 release date. It means you can download it now by paying $9.99.
If you have the season pass for Borderlands 2, then all the four planned DLCs will be available to you at no extra cost. The DLC also contains the gir… I mean, uh, easy mode for newbies to enjoy Borderlands 2 without getting pummeled by a bandit.
“So – here’s the surprise, Mechromancer for Borderlands 2 is ready about a week earlier than I promised. October 9, all platforms,” he said on Twitter. “Should be available for download on all platforms by the end of the day.”
