It was quite the news for Borderlands fans today as it was announced that the criminally underrated Tales from the Borderlands will be returning to storefronts once again. But that wasn’t all, as the newest entry in the franchise, Borderlands 3, got details on its Director’s Cut content that is set to top of the last half of the second season pass.

Director’s Cut will feature an all new raid boss, Hemovorous the Invincible. The massive Varkid has been behind a locked door since the game’s initial release, that only the highest level hunters will be able to tackle. On the lighter side, there is also murder mystery missions with Ava that include brand new locations. There’s also new Vault Cards and cosmetics, such as the Multiverse Disciples of the Vault that reimagine what would happen had the heroes of Borderlands joined the Calypso Twins. You can read the full details through here.

Borderlands 3 is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC and Stadia. Director’s Cut will be available as both its own thing and as an add-on and go live for all Season Pass 2 owners on March 18th.
