Burnout Paradise Remastered Leaked for Xbox One and PS4

Takedown revenge.

Posted By | On 14th, Dec. 2017

The last game in Criterion’s beloved Burnout franchise was Burnout Paradise, that took the high speed, car crashing franchise into an open world- to great success. Burnout Paradise was a great game that sold well, and for a while, it seemed like the future of the series was secure. Then, EA did what EA does, and Criterion is now a shell of its former self, and Burnout is dead.

Still, though, we may at least get the chance to play a game from the heyday of the series’ popularity soon, at least if this listing by a Brazilian retailer is to be believed. The listing has leaked Burnout Paradise Remastered for the Xbox One and PS4; it lists March 1 2018 as the release date, which sounds like a placeholder- but the SKU listing is what is interesting here.

On my part, I hope this is real. While I harbor no hopes of it being so successful that EA decides to continue the franchise, I would love for some glorious Burnout action on my modern consoles…
