Call Of Cthulhu RPG Steam Page Suggests The Game Might Launch On October 30

The game's Steam Store page has listed its release date.

We’ve been able to learn quite a few details about the Call of Cthulhu RPG, which is from the developers Cyanide Studio. Now, a release date for the game has been listed on its Steam Page, and it looks like we can expect to get our hands on the game on October 30.

The game will be played from a first-person perspective, in which players will take on the role of Edward Pierce as he attempts to solve the mystery surrounding the death of a family. The game will follow a linear story but will allow for different player choices through branching paths within its levels. The game will also have a sanity meter which will steadily go up as Pierce comes across some horrifying events and findings. Cthulhu is not the only monster to watch out for as there will also be cultists and other creatures to watch out for as Pierce goes on his journey.

It should be kept in mind that while the Steam Page of the game is indeed reflecting a new release date, this is by no means an official confirmation. Cyanide and Focus Home Interactive themselves haven’t confirmed a release date for the game, and as such, the information on the Steam page shouldn’t be taken as an official announcement. Whenever Call of Cthulhu does launch, it will release for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
