Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Freezing Issues: Sledgehammer Working Hard To Resolve Them

Believe it or not, we’re over 2 months into the life of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. Now, for some players it may not be especially impressive in regards to gameplay and nor graphically astounding, yet despite this, the game still to this day is freezing up on the PlayStation 3. And this is after receiving a second patch.

When told about the issues by gamers, an Activision community manager responded, “the MP freezes are known. The developers are working hard to resolve the freezing issues.” More evasively however, Sledgehammer Games, the developing studio said, “”We appreciate our community of fans across our platforms equally, and are actively working to make the experience the best it can be for fans everywhere.”

Activision support in the meantime, resorted to the old “have you tried turning it off and on” tactic, telling players to reinstall their game and that they, “understand the frustrations that arise with the continued freezing and we ask that you please be patient as we wait for more updates to come down the line.”
