Sledgehammer have revealed the first gameplay trailer for the multiplayer component of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare which you can check above. The multiplayer places major emphasis on Boost which is allows the player to perform Boost Jump, Boost Dash, Boost Slide and Boost Slam.

Furthermore, players will have access to several special abilities like Cover, cloak, shield, over clock, trophy system, ping and stim. Advanced Warfare introduces supply drops which will allow the player to have access to weapons and gears. The scorestreak mechanic from Black Ops 2 returns in Advanced Warfare. The Pick 13, inspired from Pick 10 Black Ops 2, also makes a return with the ability to customize them. Furthermore, there will be co-cop scorestreaks. Perks also make a return but it will be tied up with your Exo Skeleton. For example Overcharge will allow players to tackle bullets head on.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare  will also get two new game modes: Uplink and Momentum. In Uplink, the two teams fight for control of a satellite drone, and must reach the opponent’s uplink. In Momentum, five simultaneous capture points exist on the map, so the more kills your team gets, the faster you are able to capture those points. In addition to that, the game will have  a total of 12 modes, which includes Search & Destroy, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Hardpoint,  Kill Confirmed, Domination, Team Domination and more.

The game will also come packed in with four maps which are Biolab, Riot, Ascend and Defender. The game will have several customization features in ‘Create an Operator’ where players can have 2 billion unique player combinations based on nearly 350 custom weapons and 1,000 in-game player rewards. In Virtual Firing Range players can practice before heading out to the battlefield.

The developers also confirmed Clan Wars but details on the same will be revealed later. Then there is the strong support for e-Sports which includes modes like Hardpoint and Capture The Flag, LAN Lobbies, Private Match Rule Slider, Ranked Playlists and more. Finally there will be Day Zero Edition which will give one day early access to players who pre-order the game. This will allow Double XP for November 3rd, two special bonus weapons, and the Advanced Arsenal – that features a custom bullet brass exoskeleton and bonus directed energy weapon, the Quantum EM1.
