If you are buying Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare this year, on the PlayStation 4, and digitally, then this will come as good news to you- the game is now available to pre-load off of PSN. It’s been a while in the coming, especially since the Xbox One version of the game was already available to pre-load a while back, but hey, better late than never, right?

The initial download will set you back by 7GB of hard drive space, which is just a fraction of the mammoth 40GB of total hard drive disc space that this game demands. Still, given PSN’s general instability, the servers are likely to get hammered and go down the day of Call of Duty’s release, so pre-loading and getting a head start might be a good idea here.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare launches for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC in November. Stay tuned for more coverage.
