While we already know that pre-ordering Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 nets you the NUK3TOWN map (a re-imagining of the popular Nuketown map from the original Black Ops game, re0imagined for the multitude of new mechanics that Black Ops 3 introduces), GameStop, it seems, is getting even more cutthroat- it appears as though pre-ordering the game will them will get you more than just the map.
Instead, you get a whole host of things, all of them Nuketown themed. Players will receive a weapon camouflage skin, three reticles, and a calling card all themed around the popular multiplayer map Nuketown.
GameStop has previously mentioned that it expects major sales from Call of Duty this year, in contrast to the last few years, which have seen the Call of Duty franchise’s sales performance in decline. So it does make sense that they are trying to get the lion’s share of those numbers.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be available in November on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, and PC.
