Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s multiplayer finally debuted during the Call of Duty XP event and showcased much of the same movement we witnessed in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. That means wall-running, sliding and Specialist classes but sci-fi twists.
Some of the classes are fairly intriguing. While some differ in terms of weapons, from assault rifles to sniper rifles, others feature radical abilities to set them apart. One class is capable of charging through several enemies and setting up energy bubbles. Another can essentially morph into a four-legged mechanical beast and pounce on enemies. Short TTK, tight map design and explosions are to be expected, as is typical Call of Duty multiplayer.
If that weren’t enough, those who pre-order Infinite Warfare can access the multiplayer beta on PlayStation 4 first on October 14th. The full game releases on November 4th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Thoughts on the multiplayer and Prodigy song usage? Let us know in the comments.
