Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is out worldwide, and while the campaign has garnered backlash, it’s facing significant issues in other departments. Quarry, Rundown and Scrapyard were removed from Hardpoint with Sledgehammer Games investigating unfavorable spawns, and the Ping functionality is temporarily disabled in Search and Destroy due to exploits in Public Matches.
Meanwhile, if you’ve faced inconsistent Battle Pass progression, it’s also investigating XP gains. The developer has already confirmed a fix for the delay in Tac-Sprint after sliding, which should significantly reduce it. It’s in the testing phase and will deployed once it “operates as intended.”
Stay tuned for more updates on issues, which you can track via Trello and their fixes. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Though physical launch sales in the UK are down by 25 percent compared to last year’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, it’s still the top-selling title in the region.
