Infinity Ward and Activision have promised big things with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the most interesting of which has been its more gritty and unflinching take on warfare in its campaign. In a new gameplay video uploaded by IGN, we get a good taste of what that amounts to.

The video goes over an entire mission in the game, called “Clean House”, and it seems the players and a squad of soldiers entering a civilian house in hostile territory to take out targets based on intelligence. It’s not the explosive affair you usually expect from Call of Duty, but it’s moody, tense, and claustrophobic, and looks like a great change of pace for the series. Take a look below.

Of course, with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare now out on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, there’s a good chance that you’ve already played through this mission. If you haven’t and want to see more of the campaign before you play the game for yourself, you can check out its first 20 minutes through here.
