Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Reclaims Top Spot In UK Charts

It narrowly beats Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order are on top of the UK sales charts for the week ending December 14, as per data provided by UKIE / Gfk Chart-Track (via GamesIndustry). The two of them, however, were separated by sales of just 3,000 copies, with Modern Warfare’s sales dropping 10 per cent week-on-week and Star Wars’ sales rising by 30 per cent.

In third place is FIFA 20, falling from its top spot last week, though it continues to sell well, to no one’s surprise. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is No. 4, while trailing it by just 2,000 copies in fifth place is Luigi’s Mansion 3Luigi’s Mansion 3 is, in fact, one of Nintendo’s biggest 2019 releases in the UK, outselling the likes of Super Mario Maker 2, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening

Tekken 7 and Project Cars have, interestingly enough, both also managed to break back into the top 10. This is thanks to both of them being included in an Xbox One bundle over the course of this past week.
