Call of Duty Warzone

When it comes to these free to play, live service (or GaaS) titles, experimentation is often the name of the game. The likes of PUBG, Fortnite and now, Call of Duty: Warzone, are always tweaking things and putting new spins on older modes to try and keep things fresh. Sometimes they work, and man, sometimes they simply do not. Case in point was Call of Duty: Warzone‘s newest mode addition, which didn’t even last a day.

Warzone took out the standard bounty system and replaced it with Most Wanted, which temporarily made players targets for all enemy teams. While interesting on paper, it was not well received at all. The backlash was so bad that, less than 24 hours later, it seems the game has been patched to where Most Wanted is gone and is back to the standard bounty system from before.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
