One Perk Slot
Yes, you read that right. You can choose only one perk. Do you go with Akimbo pistols or no flinching? Having a launcher as a secondary weapon or faster sprinting and reloading? Is that really a choice? How did the perk system become so restrictive? Say what you will about balance but this just makes certain perks a lot more valuable and others borderline useless.
