‘Care package’ patch released for Modern Warfare 2

Posted By | On 16th, Feb. 2010

According to a new post by CVG, the ‘care package’ for Modern Warfare 2 has now gone live. The most important exploit that this patch fixes is the unlimited care package drops that players can call in when they have earned their first one. The new patch will also take care of XP exploit wherein strange messages appear prompting the player to buy Prestige 10 accounts. Players gaining advantage by placing the sentry gun will no longer be able to do so, as they will be nerfed and will no longer benefit from increased speed.
