Though the wait for a new Metroidvania Castlevania series drags on, fans of that particular brand of game have, at the very least, got the Castlevania Advance Collection in 2021, which brought the series’ Game Boy Advance instalments to modern platforms. Now, Konami has done the same with the franchise’s Nintendo DS entries.
At the recent Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, Konami unveiled Castlevania Dominus Collection, which compiles the three Castlavnia titles that were released for the Nintendo DS- Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, and Order of Ecclesia. In addition to new artwork, the collection also comes with added quality-of-life features like rewind, quick saves, and more.
Meanwhile, on top of the Nintendo DS trilogy, Castlevania Dominus Collection also features a bonus game in the form of Haunted Castle Revisited, which is described as a “reimagined version” of the original Catlevania arcade game.
Caatlevania Dominus Collection is out today for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It retails for $24.99.
