Cel Damage HD, the wacky vehicular combat game by Finish line Games, will be coming to the PlayStation family of systems, the developer has announced, as a Cross Buy title (meaning if you buy it on one system, you get it on all three systems). Retailing for $9.99, the game is already available on the American PSN Store, with a European release coming up soon.

Cel Damage HD is a remake of the original game, and it includes ten playable characters, 13 arenas, 30 cars, and more than 30 weapons; the remake adds HD graphics, addresses balance issues, Trophy support, and is among the first PS4 games to support four player local splitscreen gameplay.

“As one of the first titles the team worked on together, the original Cel Damage has always held a special place in our hearts,” said Daniel Posner, Co-founder of Finish Line Games. “For years we’ve wanted to bring Cel Damage HD to fruition and we’re excited to release as a Cross-Buy title for the Sony systems. We hope new and returning fans enjoy Cel Damage HD for years to come just as many did for the original.”

Stay tuned for more coverage of the title.
