Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain

Nvidia has just released the first ever PC footage of Konami’s upcoming stealth action adventure game, Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. The footage has been captured at 4K resolution and runs at 60 frames per second. The footage is similar to the one that was showcased during last year’s Tokyo Games Show expo and shows the game’s four main characters Big Boss, Ocelot, Quiet and Kaz.

It goes without saying that the PC version will perhaps be the superior version, provided you have the hardware to run it. Superior AA solution, improved draw distance and texture quality are expected from the PC version and if the Steam version of Ground Zeroes was anything to go by, PC players are in for a genuine treat.

Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain launches on September 1st on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and yes, Steam. Unfortunately the online component of the game has been delayed till October for consoles and January 2016 for Steam.
