Check out the Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD Launch Trailer

Aveline in HD!

Posted By | On 17th, Jan. 2014

Back in 2012, when Ubisoft released Assassin’s Creed III for the consoles and PC, they also released a full fledged stand alone companion game for the PlayStation Vita, Assassin’s Creed Liberation, which starred the female assassin Aveline.

The game would go on to be met with positive reception, and become one of the system’s highest selling games- and now, an HD remaster of the title is being made available on the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3. This should help with the technical issues the original Vita game faced, making the frame rate more consistent, for example.

Incidentally, this also marks the first appearance of Aveline on an Xbox console, or a non PlayStation system as a whole, in fact.

Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD will be made available over Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage of the title, including further news and reviews of Ubisoft’s game.
