Bandai Namco has now released a brand new gameplay trailer for their upcoming Dark Souls- inspired RPG called Code Vein. The new trailer showcases gameplay in different regions and we get to see some different types of enemies and NPC companions.

The first of the regions is known as Ridge of the Frozen Souls and it’s mostly an icy environment. We get to see some dangerous looking enemies here and we also see the protagonist go up against them along with a companion called Mia. The player character also unleashes some deadly finishing moves against his enemies in this area.

The next region we are shown seems  like a place surrounded by lava. Here, the player character is accompanied by Louis and we see the two of them take on enemies while trying to avoid the harmful lava. From what we can see in the video, the game certainly looks quite challenging, but also fun to play.

You can check out the new trailer below. Code Vein is set to release in 2018 for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
