Competition For Halo 3 Flaming Armor

Posted By | On 02nd, Nov. 2009

G4 is having another Sarkathlon and it’s not for Recon Armor this time.  Recon is old news everyone has it, no this time it is for the all mighty Flaming Armor only worn by Bungie Employees.  The only non Bungie employee rumored to have this armor is Nathon Fillion who voiced the main character in Halo 3: ODST.  The armor is actually a chest piece with a flaming neck to make it look like your head is on fire.

To participate in the contest you must first have the Longshore map which is only available on the Halo 3: ODST disc.  Then you must download a special version of the map here.  Once you have got you must find the eight hidden grenades in the map, collect them and finish the race.  The player with the fastest time will get their head set on fire by Bungie.  Contestants will need to send in video proof of their time from their replay.  So get to it as the contest end on Sunday, November 8th.
