Chicago is one of the world surveillanced cities and it should come as no surprise that the game has thousands of CCTV cameras all over the open world. It should also come as no surprise that when you have that many cameras all over the open world, then you would come to expect a lot of glitches. This one for example makes the camera act like the exorcist.
