Crookz Is Like Payday, But In Turn Based Strategy Form

Yes, you read that headline right. Crookz is a brand new game announced for PC, Mac, and Linux by publisher Kalypso Media, and the first thing they have to say about it is that it’s a game that will have you plan heists, and then actually execute them. So you think to yourself, oh that’s okay, sounds like Payday or the upcoming Battlefield Hardline, doesn’t it?

Then you read that it’s a turn based strategy game, and suddenly everything changes.

But that is what it is- a turn based strategy game with over twenty missions in its scenario that sees player’s criminal tactical skills put to the test. Not just that, but the game also includes a custom scenario creator and editor, so you can design your own seemingly impossible heists, and share those with everyone.

Crookz is due out in 2015, and it will be available digitally, as well as at retail. Stay tuned.
