Have you downloaded the Crysis 3 beta on the PC? Then you can tweak it just like you could in Crysis 2. Crytek has released a new Cvar configurator which can me used to mess with the in-game graphical options.
There’s a risk of messing the game but considering it’s a beta you can actually test it now so that you know how your PC fares, and you can implement the settings in the full game.
The zip file contains two files namely a help document by Crytek UK’s Baldur and the configurator file itself, according to Dsogaming.
The help document teaches you how to use the configurator file and also tells you what setting does what. There’s a little knowledge required on your side as well, but if you have done this on Crysis 2, this should be pretty easy.
You also require the .NET 2.0 framework for the file to work. A new version is scheduled to be released on Monday, Crytek’s Baldue says.
The game comes out on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in March. Tell us what you think in the comments section below.
