Hot on the heels of Deception IV, which launched exclusively for the PlayStation Vita last year, Koei Tecmo have announced that Deception IV: The Nightmare Princess, which serves as a sort of follow up/expansion to last year’s title, will launch in the west this July.

Deception IV: The Nightmare Princess also marks the series’ return to consoles, and its debut on the PlayStation 4, as the game will be launching on PS4 and PS3, in addition to the PS Vita as well.

The game will be simultaneously available at retail and digitally, in both, North America as well as Europe. It features more than 170 traps that players can choose from to create the funniest, darkest, or most elaborate combos to defeat their adversaries in delightfully imaginative settings that include medieval castles, hospitals, playgrounds, and amusement parks.
