In Deliver Us Mars, the lore can be found through holograms that are scattered throughout the game’s world. Collecting all of these holograms will unlock two achievements, namely “Cinephile” and “Take a Look.” The following is a comprehensive list of all the hologram locations in the game.

Chapter 3: On the Precipice
- Hologram 1 On The Edge of Darkness – While exploring ARK Labos, you will come across a room that contains multiple cryopods.
Chapter 4: A Nice Place to Live
- Hologram 2 Can I Count on You Old Friend – After reaching the lift on Mars, within the first building.
- Hologram 3 The Answer Is No – After reaching the first Mars rover, look into the third building.
- Hologram 4 You’re not a kid anymore – You’ll get it along the story.
Chapter 5: The Dream for These Folks
- Hologram 5 What did I walk in on – Second floor of Medical, within the first room.
- Hologram 6 Weakness in the fence – Within the location where you have to climb the wall after going through Medical.
Chapter 6: Not the Rabbits, Not the Bees
- Hologram 7 Who would Leave Their Daughter – Within the research room.
- Hologram 8 Your words lit the fuse – Within the room with heating coils.
- Hologram 9 Outward to earth – After the cutscene, within the massive hydroponics room.
Chapter 7: Like Animals
- Hologram 10 Mindless Irrational Beasts – Investigate what happened to the colonists.
- Hologram 11 The madness of it all – Right next to the locked room where you’re trying to reach ACE.
- Hologram 12 Are you Still Alive – Inside the door that you opened using the MPT emitter.
Chapter 8: Desperate Times
- Hologram 13 Adrift – After you’ve connected the ARK and MPT habitat.
- Hologram 14 A Hole in the Ship – Before getting rid of the debris covering the MPT dish.
- Hologram 15 No Way Out – While exploring the Panopticon.
- Hologram 16 Meet me at the ARK – While exploring towards the end of the Panopticon.
