Destiny Rise of Iron_02

This September sees the launch of Destiny: Rise of Iron, which will be the fourth and final major expansion to be released for Bungie and Activision’s shared world shooter, with the sequel set to take the stage starting next year. And so, to celebrate its launch, it seems like the US magazine Game Informer will be commemorating it with a great new cover (as well as the accompanying cover story).

The cover looks gorgeous, intriguing and mysterious- which was the kind of thing that got the world excited in Destiny in the first place, before the game actually released and people realized there was nothing to its lore or world (sadly).

Destiny: Rise of Iron is set to launch on September 20 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Check out the cover below and let us know what you think. Also let us know whether or not you plan on getting this expansion in the comments section.
