Destiny Rise of Iron: Watch Players Beat The Final Raid Boss Using Only Grenades And Melee Attacks

Something unbelievable happened in Destiny Rise of Iron. A group of players defeated the final boss of the Wrath of the Machine raid, Aksis, using only grenades and melee attacks. You can check the out the full fight by watching the video below.

As mentioned by the player, the trick to being able to take down Aksis “was for the empowered guardians to slam into the red plates, giving the entire fireteam a super on each teleport.” The players used cannons but they were only used to kill the servitors. Then the team of six spammed the boss with fusion grenades and melee attacks.

Rise of Iron marks the final expansion for Destiny and according to our review it did a number of things wrong. Hopefully they are taking a look at these 10 suggestions we recently made that should not be included in the sequel.
