Destiny Hunter

The newest addition to Destiny, long rumored to be called Destiny: The Taken King, has been announced and confirmed for release at Sony’s E3 press conference. As expected, it features multiple new weapons, new strikes, new raids, new content, new supers (apparently, the new supers are awesome), and, though this was not explicitly confirmed yet, it will also feature a raise in Destiny’s level cap.

The Taken King will be the third expansion for Destiny after The Dark Below and House of Wolves (of which the former was pretty bad, and the latter was pretty good, in spite of its exclusion of a raid); it will also be the most major addition and overhaul to the game yet- so major, that it is not going to be covered by the season pass that covered the relatively less substantial Dark Below and House of Wolves.

The Taken King will also probably feature exclusive PlayStation content. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more information.
