Destiny (10)

In its Weekly Update for Destiny, Bungie has revealed that animal mounts won’t be heading to the sci-fi, multiplayer shooter, mainly because PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) would have a field day with the animal rights flouting.

“We considered animal mounts, but the weight-load of the Titan’s heavy armor kept breaking their backs, and we knew that PETA would go absolutely berserk.” The good news is you’ll find plenty of normal vehicles to murder perps with, though Bungie has yet to reveal the exact nature of the same.

It also seems that Destiny will feature second screen support from its Bungie Mobile App. As of now, it’s not confirmed as to what exactly The Companion, which is the name of this particular functionality will do but it will be available for iOS and Android. Maybe help manage your friends when conducting raids or sortees?

Destiny will release on September 9th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4.
