MoreConsole has detailed the various mutiplayer modes that players can expect in Destiny. Using the game’s Director navigation system, the player will be able to chose between the different multiplayer options.

First up is the Strike mode that is specifically designedfor three person fire teams and is aimed at a more structured gameplay and for people who are looking for a quick match. Bounty mode is similar to the the raid mode found in MMOs and is aimed at rewarding the players with armor and weapons.

Then there is Faction wars which will pit players against other factions. The Patrol mode is the free roam mode which allows the player to explore environments.

Destiny is being developed by Bungie and will be available in September across the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Xbox One. There might be a PC version of the game but that is not on Bungie’s priority list at the moment. For more information check out our hub page of the game here.
