Detective Pikachu New Trailer Shows Off Hilarious Gameplay Footage

I have to admit that I still have trouble believing that Detective Pikachu is actually a thing- a game about a talking, wisecracking Pikachu that solves cases? How did this thing ever even get thought up? But, I am glad that it exists, and that, even more so, we get to play it when it launches at last later this year.

To catch us up on what to expect from the upcoming game, Nintendo and The Pokemon Company shared a new trailer for the game today; the trailer sets up the game’s plot, shows off the kind of gameplay we can expect, and also has some hilarious scenes that set up the kind of zany humor we can probably expect from the title when it does end up launching.
