Epic Games had recently stated that they were interested in bringing their highly successful Fortnite: Battle Royale over to the Switch. Now, according to some rumors shared on Twitter by insider Marcus Sellars, both Fortnite: Battle Royale and Diablo III may make their way onto the Switch soon enough.

According to the insider, “Diablo 3 is in development for the Nintendo Switch and should be out early 2019.” As for Fortnite: Battle Royale, the insider stated that we can expect to see the game on the Switch in August or September of this year. This is certainly some great news for Switch owners, but remember to take this information with a grain of salt as we have no official confirmation regarding this. However, Sellars has stated that he has received this information from a “very’ positive source and he has leaked breaking news in the past.

For now, we’ll just have to wait and see if the developers confirm or refute the statements made by the insider, but here’s hoping that these games are released for the Switch sooner or later. You can check out Sellars’ tweets below.
