Diablo 3 Nintendo Switch Version Looks Very Smooth in New Gameplay Footage

It looks like Diablo 3 will be perfect for Switch.

Diablo 3 is coming to the Nintendo Switch, marking the first time a Blizzard game is releasing on a Nintendo console in almost two decades now. We already know that the Switch version comes with all the content, expansions, and updates for the game so far, plus some exclusive Nintendo themed content, plus that it runs at 60 FPS on the system across both, docked and undocked modes.

But you know what? Sometimes, seeing can be believing. And so, seeing the game actually being played on the Switch, thanks to it being on the Gamescom show floor, will probably allay a lot of doubts some naysayers might have about how it holds up. The new gameplay videos, which come courtesy of IGN and GameSpot respectively, give us over 10 minutes of footage (in handheld mode, no less) to drool over. It seems like Diablo 3 really will be perfect for the Switch, given how well it seems to hold up.

You can check out the videos below. Diablo 3 launches on the Nintendo Switch some time this year.
