Disaster Report 4 Plus: Summer Memories is in the works and Granzella has now released a new trailer for the game. The trailer features the protagonist walking around the city that has been struck by disaster. As with other entries in the series, it is up to the player character to discover the reasons behind the disaster while also staying out of danger. In this way, the game’s main theme is survival with an emphasis on story as well.

Granzella has collaborated with Kobe City Fire Department so as to achieve a degree of realism regarding how the disaster is portrayed. The added degree of realism will aid in being informative to players regarding how to deal with such scenarios in the real world. Additionally, the game will be supervised by Satoshi Watanabe whose expertise in disaster prevention and crisis management would also assist the game in its goal to represent disasters realistically.

The game is set to release exclusively for the PS4 in Japan sometime in 2018. More information about the game should be revealed soon enough. In the meantime, you can check out the trailer and a couple of screenshots below.
