The Leech Zombie in Resident Evil 0 is something else, it will make you fear the regular leeches for the rest of your life. Resident Evil just has that “eww” factor and they always surprise us by giving us more scenes like these. The whole scene has us watching an old man’s head roll off, before a swarm of leeches form to make a single entity. It’s sickening, it’s creepy and it’s weird watching the whole scene and cringing all the way through.
