There are times in Hotline Miami, when you just wonder what the hell is going on. In one instance you kill a lot of people and the next you are at a pizza place just eating pizza casually, no remorse, no regret. The game is disturbing in a lot of ways, and as such it is just crazy how quickly and crazily a level can go down. There is one instance where a character just falls to his knees and his head explodes.
