Dead Space- Necromorphs replacing your head

There are a lot of Dead Space deaths which are gruesome and enough to make you cringe. There is one death scene however in where there are tiny necromorphs that overwhelm you and take your head off and replace it with one of their own. The whole scene is quite gruesome and is just downright disgusting and it would really make you want to not play the game again or vice versa.
