Bandai Namco’s Dragon Ball Fusions, the new action RPG based on the long running manga and anime property, has finally been confirmed for a western release- the game will be launching exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS on December 13, 2016 in North America, with a February 2017 release planned for Europe.

Dragon Ball Fusions represents the first major RPG Dragon Ball game since the excellent Legacy of Goku series on the Gameboy Advance, which, over the span of Legacy of Goku, Legacy of Goku 2, and Buu’s Fury, basically recounted the entire story arc in action RPG form. The three games were excellent- and we can only hope that Fusions will be as good, too. Unlike those games, however, you will be controlling a custom character in this game

You can check out the new trailer confirming the English release of the Nintendo 3DS exclusive RPG below. Let us know in the comments section what you think, and whether or not you plan on getting the game.
